- Light Assembly
We currently process tens of thousands of assemblies per day with a high level of quality control. Volume is of course dependent on process and specifications.
- Sorting
We can sort (and repackage) parts and assemblies based on various criteria and parameters.
- Inspection and Quality control
You expect standards on the resulting product, so this is inarguably essential to our processes, however we provide this as a standalone service as well.
- Packaging
We can package or repackage your parts into display-ready or ready-for-distribution configurations, including wrapping and palleting.
- Custom Laser Cutting and Engraving
With our in-house laser systems, not only can we create your product or parts, we can create custom packaging and branded displays for those.
- Kitting
Orchestrate the whole of our services into a full kitting if needed, we can handle the full process from assembly, to sorting, to packaging right into ready-to-ship kits
