Packaging & Repackaging
Packaging is the process of taking parts, assemblies, or kits and putting them into display or shipment packaging based on count or weight.
- * Placing 6 pencils into a clear bag and stapling on hanger label
- * placing 2 lbs of bolts into box, taping closed and labeling
- * placing 20 kits onto a standard two-way pallet and plastic wrapping
Repackaging like it sounds, is the process of altering or modifying existing packaging, often to meet specific needs or requirements
Examples:
- * Take 200 count mixed part sets and sort and repackage by part type
- * Remove old hanger label / hang tab and staple on new
- * Reprinting labels and relabeling boxes
- Volume.
- We currently assemble and package tens of thousands of assemblies per day for several clients.
