Non cash contributions (stocks, shares, property).

If you would like to contribute any non cash items such as stocks, shares, property etc, please come by and see us, or communicate with your broker or estate attorney about your wishes - usually a simple form is all it takes.

Legacy Estate Bequest.

Ozark Sheltered Industries has been a quiet pillar in our communities for over HALF A CENTURY (52 years) and has gratiously served many families within those communities. Please Keep us in mind when deciding where your legacy will be perserved. Bequests to OSI are exempt from federal income tax and can be deducted at full value, reducing your estates tax value. (see current IRS laws for clarity and accuracy)

We are an IRS registered non-profit -: OSI is a 501c3 organization and can provide tax relief beneifts to its contributors.
$250 dollars or more -: will automatically receive a following acknowlegment letter. For donations under $250 dollars your reciept is enough for your deduction claim, however if you would like an acknowlegment letter, just give us a call and we will send you one.
Individual cash contributions -: are generally tax deductable up to 60% of the individuals Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
Individual non-cash contributions -: (stocks, shares, property etc) are generally deductible at fair market value, up to 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
Corportate contributions: are generally tax deductable up to 10% of the corporations taxable income, anything over that 10% can carry over for 5 years.
