Light Assembly

Light Assembly is the process of taking two or more parts and combining them into an "assembly". Dont let the word fool you, it applies to very intricate components such as gas range valves but also the simplest of aspects such as tying a tag onto a stuffed animal.

• * Thread a nut onto a bolt
• * Put cap on pen
• * Put o-ring onto fitting.
• * Assemble die cut or laser cut packaging boxes
• * Stuffing newpapers with flyers

We currently assemble and package tens of thousands of assemblies per day for several clients.
