Inspection & Quality Control is an essential part of every process at OSI. We have in-situ inspection and rework processes on every job that allows us to identify issues rapidly. Any indicator of a threshold being surpassed, and the next level of Inspection is implemented. This elevation of scrutiny is iterative up to 100% inspection, if needed. This approach allows us to rapidly identify the source of the issue and inform you of bad materials etc in a very timely fashion, allowing you to address the issues sooner rather than later.
